    True southern comfort food!! Just delicious! The portions are huge!  The restaurant is extremely clean and the staff very nice!

    Food is good! Butterroll is off the chain! Reasonable portions. His prices have gone up. My family & I have been patr9bs since he was on 8th Street.

    This place is on Broadway now. It used to be in a small building two people couldn't fit into, so I am glad that it has found its way to a better location. I have eaten here on several lunch outings with co-workers. The atmosphere is relaxed, and quiet mainly due to the fact that everyone is too busy chowing down to talk! LOL. I've tried the smothered pork chops and rice with greens and cornbread. I've also had the buffalo catfish which was excellent. I would say this is the kinda place to go for down-home, southern cookin' yall.
